Dieselval becomes UKSOL’s distributor for Venezuela

UKSOL now has an exclusive distributor in Venezuela. Dieselval have a strong profile in the South American country, and they have just celebrated their 50th anniversary.

Dieselval are the exclusive distributor of Cummins the famous American brand of diesel engine and power-electric plants and are also the exclusive distributor of lubricants Valvoline. They also own various automobile dealerships: Ford, Chevrolet, Chrysler and Encava. The Venezuelan company is now moving into the solar energy business, and they represent and distribute in Venezuela Huawei FusionSolar inverters and batteries.

Venezuela has potential for clean energy but has faced challenges in realising this possibility. Some have argued that a transition to renewable energy would reduce poverty and benefit public health. [1]
