Pakistan contains significant potential for the expansion of clean energy, in fact the World Bank has estimated that using as little as 0.071 of the country’s space for solar pv generation would match the nation’s energy needs. Yet, there is significant work to be done to get near this target, nearly 40 million people in Pakistan lack access to electricity.
