The Norwegian Embassy, Mali to install UKSOL solar panels

Gino Pelletier, CEO of Forex-Afrique, UKSOL’s new distributor in Mali, West Africa will be installing UKSOL solar PV modules on the Norwegian Embassy building in Bamako.

UKSOL panels will also be supplied for water adduction programmes funded by World Vision in Mali. These projects have been secured by Gino Pelletier, UKSOL’s new distributor for the region based in Bamako.

Joash Ruaya of Joash AR Engineering Enterprises has become a distributor of UKSOL solar PV modules in Cagayan de Oro City, which is located in the Mindanao region of the Philippines.

The company will import UKSOL 445w mono half-cell modules which are now UKSOL’s fastest selling solar panel. Local installers will be able to purchase these modules in Cagayan de Oro City in August 2020.

Berbera is a coastal city and the former capital of Somaliland before Hargeisa. Berbera is the capital of the Sahil region of Somaliland and is the main seaport of the country.

UKSOL solar PV modules have now been certified by MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme) in the UK.

MCS is a British standards organisation and is there to create and maintain standards that allow for the certification of products, installers and their installations. Associated with these standards is the certification scheme, run on behalf of MCS by Certification Bodies who hold UKAS accreditation to ISO 17065.

UKSOL 445w Half Cell Module Launched

UKSOL Ltd are pleased to announce the launch of its new 445w mono half cell solar PV module. Deliveries start in May 2020. Production power ratings will then rise to 455w shortly.

Half cut cell technology can reduce internal power loss and improve overall power. Excellent heat dissipation qualities help avoid hot spot production as well as reducing cell micro cracks.

The new module incorporates 9 bus bars which is the optimised number and width of the main gate lines, maximising the light receiving area of components and reducing component power consumption.
